The CHSR Student Core Team (SCT) serves as the primary operational body of the organization and is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of its activities and initiatives. The team consists of interim members undergoing a one-year probationary period, as well as permanent members.

The SCT is led by a Convener and Deputy Convener, typically senior medical students, who oversee team operations and ensure effective collaboration across departments. Members of the SCT work closely with the alumni network to facilitate mentorship, continuity, and organizational growth.
